1. Confidential intake
The client provides the offending URL and a brief explanation. GoLink asks for the minimum information needed to understand the case. Original intimate files should not be sent through public channels.
2. Public verification and mapping
We confirm what is visible, record the relevant URLs and identify the website, platform, hosting, CDN or other service providers where useful. Duplicates are separated so each can be tracked.
- Exact offending URL and page title.
- Visible uploader or account details, if relevant.
- Hosting and delivery layers where identifiable.
- Search results and known mirrors.
3. Targeted removal requests
GoLink chooses the most appropriate reporting route and submits a concise notice supported by the available facts. Where there is a reasonable basis, the case may be escalated to infrastructure or search providers.
4. Follow-up and verification
Responses and public page status are checked. If a URL is removed, the result is recorded. If a copy appears elsewhere, it is treated as a new item and assessed separately.
